GOD’S PROMISES ARE ALWAYS TRUE
Paul arrives in Rome!
Paul finally arrives in ROME after more than 2 years since he requested a trial in Rome
He has survived trials, prison, ambushes, a ship wreck and even a snake bite!
Back in ACTS 23:11
GOD MADE A PROMISE TO PAUL
The following night the Lord stood near Paul and said, “Take courage! As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome.”
And again the Lord reassured Paul in
Acts 27:24
23 Last night an angel of the God to whom I belong and whom I serve stood beside me
24 and said,
‘Do not be afraid, Paul.
You must stand trial before Caesar;
and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.’

Paul spends more than 2 years under house arrest
He writes
EPHESIANS
PHILIPPIANS
COLOSSIANS
PHILEMON
Then he is released
but rearrested
His final letter is his 2nd letter to Timothy
WHAT WAS GOD’S MISSION FOR PAUL?
ACTS 9:15
But the Lord said to Ananias,
“Go! This man is my chosen instrument
to proclaim my name
to the Gentiles and their kings
and to the people of Israel.
ACTS 26:17-18
I am sending you to them 18 to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’
