Hello Bravehearts,
in today’s true Bible story
you are going to hear about
2 sons that did bad things

They were Eli’s sons, Phinehas and Hophni
(They worked in God’s special tent - the Tabernacle)

THEY DID BAD THINGS AGAINST GOD!

You see God gave them special jobs
God gave them food to eat
God even gave them HIS SPECIAL THINGS to look after !

BUT THEIR HEARTS WERE BAD. THEIR HEARTS DID NOT LOVE GOD.
They just did whatever they felt like doing.
They were greedy, selfish, unkind, very mean and they definetely didn’t know or love God!

So one of the things Phinehas & Hophni had to look after was the
GOLDEN ARK

But they took it out of its special place, the Holy Holies

---

THEY TOOK IT TO BATTLE
THINKING THAT IT WOULD MAKE THEM WIN THE BATTLE.

But guess what - they lost!
We cant use God.
AND THE PHILISTINES STOLE THE ARK!!!!!!!

When their dad heard, that the ark of the Lord was STOLEN
He feel off his chair and died!
