Back in Acts 23:11 - What did the Lord tell Paul?
Since then Paul has endured several prison cells,
he has survived a few plots to ambush & kill him,
he has survived a shipwreck
and lets see what he survives today!
All 276 people onboard the ship that wrecked
have landed safely on shore
THE ISLAND OF MALTA
The people of Malta believed in false gods
So the Lord used the ship wreck to SAVE the island of Malta
Let’s look at how the island people react to Paul …
WHEN HE IS BITEN BY A VIPER
the people thought it was evidence that he was a murdered and this was justice.
BUT WHEN PAUL DIDN’T DIE
they change their minds and belive he to must be a god
This attitude allowed the Lord to heal the people from their false believes and brang
SALVATION TO THE ISLAND
