We believe that the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired, inerrant and authoritative Word of God. They constitute the divine and final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

We believe in one God, who exists eternally in three co-equal persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is the sovereign creator and sustainer of all things visible and invisible.

We believe that God created all things for His pleasure and glory. God created humankind in His image and likeness. We believe that human life is sacred from conception to natural death. Marriage is a divine institution, a lifelong union between a man and a woman, and is the only legitimate context for sexual intimacy. We believe that through Adam’s disobedience, sin entered the world. This resulted in physical and spiritual death for all people.

We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, that He is fully God and fully man. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin, Mary.

We believe in the sinless life of Jesus and His atoning sacrifice on the cross. He died as a substitute for our sins according to the Scriptures. We believe that a sinner is made righteous before God only through faith in Jesus Christ.

We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe in His ascension to the right hand of God and in His personal and physical return to earth to judge the living and the dead.

We believe in the Deity of the Holy Spirit. He is present in the world, convicting people of their sin and drawing them to faith in Jesus Christ. He indwells every believer from the moment of salvation, empowering them for ministry, and imparting spiritual gifts as He wills. The Holy Spirit enables believers to live a godly life. He also provides assurance that they belong to God, and He intercedes for them with the Father.

We believe that salvation is a gift of God, received by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. Salvation is the forgiveness of sins, the justification of the believer before God, and the impartation of a new and eternal life in Christ. This is only made possible by the shed blood and death of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the Church as the global body of Christ. Every person who has been born again by the Spirit is a member of the Church. We believe that the Church is to be a community of Christ-followers, united in doctrine and purpose. We believe that a local church is a body of believers joined together to worship God and to carry out the mission of the Church.

We believe that Christ instituted two ordinances: water baptism and the Lord’s Supper. They are to be observed and celebrated by the Church until He returns.

We believe that the Church has a mission to love God, love one another, and to preach the Gospel to the whole world, making disciples of all nations, and teaching them to obey all that Jesus has commanded. This mission is to be carried out until Jesus returns.

We believe in the physical resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous. We believe in the judgment of all humankind, the eternal conscious torment of the unrighteous, and the blessedness of the righteous in the presence of God forever. We look forward to the coming of a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness and justice will dwell eternally.
